Would you want to find out more?

Because if you're truly ready to take a jump forward in your relationship with your child through quality mentoring and life change at the highest level, then I'd like to help you succeed.
Parenting is a tough job. And it's also a very wonderful experience....If we have the right info, the right "tools," the right ideas, and the right support.
I know.
I'm Erin Brown Conroy, a Mom of 13 children by birth, marriage, and adoption -- ranging in age from 4 to 23 -- and I'm a parenting coach and expert on child behavior who's been working with families and children for 30 years. I spend personal time with families who are highly committed to finding answers to make their family function at the highest -- and most enjoyable -- level possible. And I absolutely know that I have ideas and help for you that holds the potential to change your life for the better.
You and I both know parenting is challenging -- and often frustrating. There are things our kids do and say that bring out the best -- and worst -- in us. Sometimes days are long and our fuse is short. As we run out of ideas on how to deal with situations, stress mounts. Then we do and say things we're not proud of. If you feel this way, you're not alone. We all struggle in this way.
The good news is this: There are answers out there, to make parenting easier and more enjoyable. When we tap into those answers, get more ideas, and learn "tried and true" methods of "getting through to our child" -- and when we learn new perpectives and new thoughts that make us better parents...then we're able to deal with situations much more easily.
As parents, we've all made mistakes -- you, me, and the next guy. And none of us have "arrived." Isn't it so true: We all need to keep learning and growing. We all need new ideas every once in a while.
But more importantly, if you want to give your child the absolute best, then drawing on -- and being inspired by -- great resources is essential to being a great parent.
That's why "lifelines" to parenting help are so valuable. My whole purpose in what I do is to empower, empathize, reduce stress, and provide answers. As an experienced, knowledgeable parenting coach, I come alongside with fresh perspectives, new insights, and encouragement. With answers, the relationship with our child becomes emotionally close, connecting, and positive. We gain new perspectives and become better people. And parenting becomes easier and more enjoyable. That's something every family thrives on.
What it takes to succeed and solve the issues of being a great parent is "out there" -- and as a Mom of 13, I've seen it, felt it, and experienced it. And it's great. It's enjoyable. And it's totally available and achievable. Great parenting is all about personally growing and gaining new insights....And when we embrace openness to finding answers, we find them.
So what's working together all about? Teaming up together, you'll gain skills and insights that help you to feel less frustrated and enjoy parenting your child -- each and every day, no matter what comes along.
Spending time with Erin helps you to:
- Finally resolve that "problem issue" with your child
- Create a deeper, more connected relationship with your son or daughter
- Deal with discipline positively -- and feel no regrets about the way you handled things
- Feel less stress in your day

- Get through the tough issues more quickly -- and get everyone working together (and feeling better) more quickly
- Feel encouraged
- Feel joy in parenting your child
- Learn tips that make your life a whole lot easier
- Get out "ahead" of problems and get them resolved -- fast -- so they don't get out of hand
- Experience the family life you've always wanted

Reading a book, a parenting magazine, or watching a TV show to learn how to deal with your child can be helpful. But reading this page, you may realize that, for you, the best thing to do is to go deeper.
Because you know that if you want direct, specific answers to personal challenges in your family's current situation, then you need specific connection with an expert. And not just anyone who calls themself an "expert".
There's only one parenting coach who's also a child professional of 30 years experience and a 24-7 parent with understanding empathy skill and practical knowledge -- Thirteen times over.
|
It makes sense to tap into experience that brings answers - Doesn't it? I'm not sure about how excited you can get about making life easiser as a parent, but think of these "issues," and think of your family....
- Tough behavior
- Poor attitudes
- Sibling rivalry
- Struggles with emotions
- Dealing with discipline
- Teaching and learning struggles
- Family transitions
- New baby's adjustment
- Peer pressure
- Good decision making
- Motivation
- Self esteem
- Educational issues
- Adoption issues
- Single parenting issues
- Step parenting issues
- Children who are gifted, emotionally challenged, or physically challenged.
- Fussy babies, tantruming toddlers, precocious preschoolers, and elementary through high-school struggles and challenges.
We struggle with these issues every day. And when you make a phone call to me, I'll pour my resources into you and your family. Together, we get you to places you've always wanted to be as a family.
It's about finding answers for your son or daughter who needs a change in behavior...
And it's about thriving as a confident and capable mom. It's about being a great dad -- through ideas, support, encouragement, and solutions.
|
What happens when you call? I listen intently, ask key questions, and offer specific strategies, solutions, and answers for you and your child. |
|
Before you call me today, be convinced of this: You CAN have a great relationship with your child and enjoy parenting more than ever before. When it comes to you and your child, there's no question in my mind - The best is yet to be. |
There are a lot of parenting coaches out there. Erin's a parenting coach who's an expert in child behavior with EXPERIENCE that gives reliable, practical answers.
After we connect, you'll have information that helps you be able to lessen and even get rid of
- "Back talk"
- whining
- tantrums
- poor attitudes
After spending time together, you're able to tap into methods that help your child
- make good choices
- behave well at home and in public
- speak respectfully
- follow directions and respond to your requests - the first time asked
- show manners
- be polite to others
- show appropriate social skills
- learn accountability
- learn boundaries for appropriate behavior
- learn how to communicate his or her needs appropriately
- learn how to communicate positively
- understand your love and support
After discussing your personal situation on the phone or in the comfort of your home, you're able to draw on new resources to
- not lose your temper
- deal with challenging situations without raising your voice
- respond with patience
- be able to deal with tantrums and outrageous behavior calmly
- effectively deal with your strong willed child
- show love to your child with higher connection and understanding
- relate to your child in the way that most effectively connects with his or her mind and feelings
- set realistic consequences
- follow through with your child on tough discipline issues
- feel good about the way you act with your child
Before you read any further, just look back over that list. Make a mental note or, even better yet, write down the things that "jump out at you" as specifics we'll find answers to.
Then use one of these two ways to get solutions:
- Choose to work through issues and ideas with personal conferencing on the telephone.
Schedule time for personalized consulting, singularly and in a series of sessions. With time together, we can talk through each and every concern, discuss ideas that bring peace to your home, and work together to make a plan for change -- with the least amount of stress, within the lease amount of time, with the most results. Or,
- Meet with me in person, in your own home.
There, together, you can get fast answers as Erin works directly with you and your child. There's nothing like working together in person. That's why people like watching Super Nanny and other television shows where an expert goes right into the home and works directly with the mom and dad; because the results are amazing to watch. You get to have ideas modeled right there, before your eyes...
And that personal coaching -- yes, coaching in person -- brings positive changes that you get no where else.
|
Whatever positive step you take to work together for solutions, you'll receive the same authentic, carefully-thought-through attention to your concerns and find specific answers. |
Well, I'm going to state the obvious here, because I believe it's information that really makes a difference when working with a parenting expert and parenting coach - information imperative to literally changing your life:
- I'm not someone who worked in another vocation like business, and then had kids, and then decided to become a parent coach by attending training sessions on child behavior...
- I'm not a nanny who goes on a TV show with crazy promotional hype and a British accent...
- I'm not just a child professional with 30 years experience working with children and families...
- I'm not just a counselor to families for 20 years and member of the American Association of Christian Counselors...
- I'm not just a person who teaches adults and leaders at a university individual personal skills, including
- clear communication and self expression
- conflict management
- effective listening, and
- respectful, uniting, cooperating behavior between individuals...
- I'm not just a parenting author with three parenting books (go to Amazon.com to see 20 Secrets to Success with Your Child & "My Kid is Driving Me Crazy!" 14 Realistic Expectations that Make Parenting Easier)...
- I'm not just a speaker on parenting across the nation...
- I'm not just a "featured parenting expert" in hundreds of magazines and articles and newspapers and online info and radio shows...
This "list" is important, because these are the qualifications that show you can trust that time together is worth it.
But here's what's extra important. HERE'S THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE:
- I am ALSO a Mom who has 13 children. Three by birth. Eight adopted - at all ages and from all kinds of backgrounds. Two as a step parent. Two are grown and "successful"; two are in college; 9 are "still at home," ranging from preschool through high school age. That's a lot of personal hours facing just what you face - and more. That's good news for you.
- and, unlike those who "switch careers" to be a parenting coach, I've devoted my entire adult life - all 30 years and counting - to understanding children, families, child behavior, child development, our mind and learning processes, emotional and physical issues as they relate to a child, human behavior, healthy communication, challenges particular to raising children, and day-to-day, practical solutions to the most common parenting issues we face. And it's all "sifted through" the reality of not just working with other children and families, but the 24-7 parenting as Mom of my own children.
That's daily experience that can't help but build wisdom and understanding into all I do for you.
Before you call me today, know that I'm here to serve you. To work together with you. To stand with you. To encourage you. To find solutions that bring peace and happiness and enjoyment into your home. That's the bottom line.
Most importantly, when you call and schedule time together today, you have a guarantee that answers at your family's concerns are found through a relationship of trust and care. I'm truly honored to work with you and your family. Our families are meant to be blessings to us - places of enjoyment. And they can be. Knowing that your family's answers are available, I'm looking forward to us working together, with support and encouragement that makes a new change -- a welcome change -- through answers that take your parenting to new levels of satisfaction -- and even delight.
